I bought my WR250X back in August, 2011. Thought I'd finally introduce myself.
You can catch me around South East, Michigan. I went with a white Icon Variant and my gear changes depending on the weather. I love my Thor 50/50 boots. The bike had 456 miles on it when I bought it, so basically brand new.
Bone stock except for:
-FMF header and pipe with the programmer.
-pro taper bars
List of mods planned for the summer:
-Suspension by Go Race for 50/50 street/dirt
-Set of Warp9 R wheels for quick swap
-1 finger clutch lever
-Gearing change, - I want something with a little more torque, but I have to be careful because I ride 20mi of highway two days a week.
Does anyone know of a beginner / novice friendly supermoto track in SE Michigan? I'd like to try racing eventually.
