Lost the O2 sensor plug bolt today. Did an emergency repair with a brass plug from the plumbing section of the Podunk Hardware store. Anyone know where to find a new one or better, what is the thread and pitch?

Gratzi fellow inmates.

Hey thanks. Appreciate the help. I'll try the auto shop first, but I'm thinking I need a stainless bolt to avoid any dielectric badness. The plumbing plug I put in is brass. Still in, but probably not goodness and such.

Today's hot tip...

After Googling around, I found a post saying most pipes are shipped with plugs in the CO2 sensor bung and that muffler shops usually have a drawer full. Sure enough, local muffler shop handed me a nice 18x1.5mm stainless plug. Offered them some dough and they said nah. This one is slathered in copper high temp RVT and shouldn't be walking away on me.

Thanks again.
