Switching from KMPH to MPH on LCD display

I've tried to search here, but cant seem to find the keywords...so maybe no one has asked this before?

How in the heck do you switch the display from KMPH to MPH! ARRRG........I know I'm gonna feel stupid when someone is kind enough to educate me. GAHHHH

Hold select 2 until it changes. Very happy
