I want a X but...

There are more R's to choose from. So I am thinking of getting an R and then getting wheels, tires and brakes for the R. Is there any market to sell R wheels and tires if I were to do this?

There is a market for R wheels, but X wheels are worth more.

You can sell R wheels for about 700 dollars, if you include the R front brake assembly (brake line, lever, etc.) since the R and X front rotors are different sizes.
