Fork oil change

Can the fork oil be drained without removing the fork. thanks

Nope, you need to remove the forks from the bike.
You need to take the springs out of the forks to fill them back up so take them out and turn the forks upside down to drain them.

You need also remove cartridge to get all the oil out.
That is done by removing the compression base valve at the bottom of fork.
