Shrink the banner

The banner is unnecessarily huge. It's driven by the image https://i.servimg.com/u/f71/13/53/39/48/wrx_tr10.jpg. That image should really be no bigger than 100px. Every visit to a page starts with this massive image taking up half the screen which users must scroll through before reading any content. It's worse than the ads. Viewing the site on a mobile device compounds the issue. It should be a simple change and it would certainly improve the user experience.

100 pixels is far too small.

I can understand it's not a great format for a smartphone, but for those of us who use computers to view site,
the current format is jim-dandy fine.
