It will basically be a custom project if you want to use the whole wheel assemblies as you bought them.
Lacing those rims to stock hubs makes it no different to install than the stock wheel assemblies, provided nothing causes clearance issues with the extra rim/tire width.
Myself, I'd make sure to set aside the money needed to use a motard-worthy from brake rotor and caliper since the stock rotor and caliper already feels average at best while on the road coming down from speed.
