Howdy all

Lately, fires all across the northwest have been making it tough to enjoy what i like the best about my recent interest in dualsport riding, but I do love going places where there aren't many others around, and I do like to do it without hauling the cycle around. The WR250R is a nice platform for it and does a bit better at highway speeds and acceleration than the XT225 I bought as a intro bike while I waited for a used WR.

Hey its your bike, paint it pink if you want, some of my stickers came off the day it came home, I might even change the ones out on the gas tank shroud to the old school ones, since a couple of dirt naps mine are kind of scratched up hahaha

Fantastic scenery... WOW....!!!! I myself just fired up my brandy NEW 2015 WR250R yesterday....!!!! What a machine...!! Yamaha REALLY did a good job in designing every detail... It is STILL the very best design of a dual-use 250 after about 7 years... They have not changed a thing because they do not need to... I love everything about it... Best of luck...!!!

yep, just have to gear down to a better all-around ratio and USE THE REVS to really enjoy. i had the habit of lugging a lot at first, but once i felt the power of the revs, i got over that ; }
