Wondering if there is an issue with the original x front wheel hub if i go 19 inch on the front tire. Would the original hub still work if i replace rim and spokes?

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Biggest problem is that you're effectively changing the bike geometry by dropping the front by 1".
