I have never owned a bike and I just have 1 quick question. I want to remove the front fork reflectors but I wanted to know if I remove the 2 bolts holding them in will it mess up the fork alignment or anything else. If I remove one side at a time then re torque before starting on the next set. I just don’t want the forks to slide down or up or move basically since I wouldn’t know how to realign them. Photo below is what I’m talking about.

You'd also have to loosen the upper clamps to have the fork tubes slide.
The reflectors were just extra weight to me. Pitch the horn while you're at it.

No problems, be sure to torque properly and not over tighten.
