I have a 2008 wr250r and was wondering if any year wr250r/ x would fit my bike? Was there any changes to newer years?? Thinking about picking up some used ones and just swapping everything out.

Yes, all years are the same and everything is interchangeable.

They are all the same in everything; the only slight differences are the obvious ones between the R and X models.
