2008 WR250R What's it worth?

I have an 08' WR250R that I am probably going to sell. I was just looking for info from anyone that has recently purchased one of these used. Mine has 1600 miles, DRC Edge taillight, Pro Moto Billet Rack, Zeta sprocket cover, Renthal bars and a Moose skidplate. It has never been down, 0 scratches and is well maintained. I'm located in Sacramento, California. There aren't any for sale in Northern, CA right now so I have no idea what they are going for.

sounds like you have a nice bike, but honestly pics help. If all is on the up and up, I am thinking around 4k, as new 08s are still going for 4500-5000. Price it at 4800 and see what happens.

I agree...around $4000 would be good. I think it depends on where you live and what kind of riding is available in the area. I've seen WR's come up for sale where I live and end up having the price dropped to $3500-$3800 because the owner needs to sell. It's a buyers market and it's winter. I would try to restore it to stock and sell all the farkles separately as well. You can make a couple hundred dollars that way. Unfortunately farkles are only valuable if the purchaser wants them. Good luck with your sale! I hope your selling the WR to get another bike.

FWIW, I just picked up my 08 WR250R from a local dealer for $3300. Hope this helps...

Sweet deal! I've seen some 2008's on craigslist listed for around that as well....makes me wish I could have waited a little bit longer instead of buying a brand new 09. Although, used ones didn't seem to exist a year ago.
