torque for riser bolts

put on some new bars today the famous Rental 7/8ths and
I'd like to torque them to spec's tonight.

Hence I need the torque values from some one with manual

I had some problems with the old bars while standing,
the new ones have helped some,
not perrrrrfect yet but way closer,
the dual core grips helped with the vibs too,
at a traffic light I touched the bars on my friends
1200 BMW and my bars were vibrating LESS than his!
The WR250R is one sweet bike.
