I have not gotten that far yet. I am sure I will find something at the hardware store.

NJ: Nice. We used large rubber grommets like would be used for protection of pass-through cables in a bulk head/metal panel. We also put four (4) SS D-rings on for mounting simplicity (two missing in the pic). They're the same as used on the Wolfman applications($9.95 ea.), but I found them for $1.25 by searching around.

I will probably make two; one that is stealth and one that has larger surface area for adventure rides. I will put some holes and slots in it for mounting stuff. It is very light and durable. I bet it weighs less than a pound. I made a similar one for my WR250F and it held-up fine.

Yes, I agree. I am not sure I am going to leave it that wide in the front either.
