The engine runs fine and I have almost a full tank of gas, but when I hit a trail with whoops the bike tends to sputter and lose power momentarily and then regains itself after the whoops. It feels like the injector just isn't getting any or limited fuel at that time, but the tank is full of gas.
My mods are Cannister removal, FMF pipe and Programmer and air box flap removed.
Otherwise it runs great. climbs hills, goes down hills, through creek crossings, etc. It's just when hit a section of whoops that I loose power.

I would contact your programer supplier and give them the settings you're at and get their advice.

Could be electrical. Make sure there are no loose connectors that may come loose under the up/down acceleration. Off the top I can think of:
- Programmer to Injector connector
- Programmer power/ground
- battery cables
- cables at the relay beside the battery

Could the whoops jar the bike enough to trigger the sidestand safety switch?

I took the side stand switch off.
I will check the wires and the connections for the programmer.
Thanks for the feedback.
