First mod on new bike

Well I just bought the bike yesterday and started taking it apart already! I removed the gripper handle from the seat, removed front reflectors, kickstand switch, and did the flapper mod(waiting on RTV to dry). This is all with 6 miles on the clock!!

I have an FMF exhaust, tuner, and AIS Kit that I will be purchasing, but only if I don't deploy overseas which I should find out in the next 2 weeks. Now time to wait and see.
