hel brake line

I lowered the bike with the yamalink and raised my forks 17mm. Now my stock brake line is to long. I'm planning of getting the hel brake line and have it shortened. Does anybody know, how much shorter should i get compared to the stock brake line? How many inches should i have them cut before i order the brake line? Thanks

Everyone is trying to tell you - if the triple clamp is now 17mm closer to the front axle you have an extra 17mm of brake line. Hel will make it to whatever specs you want, just tell them to make it 17mm shorter. Make sure you state whether you have an X or an R, it makes a difference.
