...evenly?

The reason I ask is, there is a 2.5" rear link that I may try, yet the front can only be lowered by about 3/4" Does this sound like it can mess up the rake/handling on the front end? How about if I got some offset handlebar mounts and raised the forks up even further?

In stock form, I am tip toeing to touch the ground .... I guess I'll try the factory lowering and setting the sag first, but have the feeling I'll still need to lower it further. My inseam is a measly 30" cry

When I lowered the rear suspension on my 2008 WR-250R the max allowed with the stock adjuster on the shock, (about an inch in rear height), I lowered the front 11 millimeters, or roughly half an inch.
