This last week I went to visit Hollister Hills State vehicular Recreation Area in Northern California, about 2 hours south of San Francisco near the coast.

One word - Awesome.

Lots of one way trails, through the woods, over hills with amazing views, and surrounded by twisty roads.

I'll just let the pictures do the talking...

I'm definitely coming back. The best part of it, the so-called "Renz Property" was closed due to mud. I guess this is a mecca of incredible single track. They open it if it hasn't rained for two weeks. The whole place is simply amazing...
