I had the exact same problem. Shitty fitment and close routing to the exhaust. The alignment/angle of the banjos are very inaccurate. The stiff plastic cover is located way to much forward. Moved the plastic cover further to the rear, let the hose run straight instead of making the bend over the swing arm and inverted the banjo location at the master cylinder so its pointing downwards. That solved the problem being to close to the exhaust. But the the brake line quite forced into its location in the front.

I would not recommend the HEL rear line. They don't even list a rear line for WR250R on their UK website, maybe for a reason.
