| The worst beer I ever had was excellent!
Stone out of San Diego and Avery in Boulder are US brewers near the top of my list though. I am also into "oud brews" (read infected with all kinds of stuff) when they can be had. A tap of "Rodenbach Grand Cru" is on my home route today. The "Grand Cru" means it is 100% of the "really infected and sour stuff" instead of the regular Rodenbach which is only 25% of the "Grand Cru" acid bugs mixed in. All beer used to be brown and sour to some extent because the brewers didn't even know about yeast much less all the other bugs that got in. If it got too rank they just threw some fruit in to mask it instead of throwing it out. It was all an "art".

Zythos.be festival I just moved from Belgium. I have a case of Westmalle Tripel here at home, along with a case of everything I listed above and a vaiety of krieks and Faro for the wife. Westvleteren is way over-hyped. You can get as much as you care to drink at the cafe at the Abbey. It's good and I have been there many times to enjoy it, but it doesn't deserve the "best beer in the world" moniker.

| http://www.flyingdogales.com/ Having one of these right now. Interesting and good. No strong heavy after-taste. Plus - the bottle art is wonderfully creative and eye-catching. _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs

| On the rare occasion I want something dark and oily, it's either 10w40 (for the bike?) or Celebrator Dopplebock. Every other one is flat, though. Reminds me of a joke.
Last night was bug spray and Mickeys. (bug spray = Coors light)
I won't try to tell anyone those are good beers, though. Scrubbing bubbles and headache in a bottle. You figure out which is which... not sure I can tell ya'..

| Went with this one. Delicious. Cloudy, golden color. Not as hoppy as most other Pale Ale's I've tried which makes me very happy. Highly recommend. _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs

| The Stone logo's all rock. Check out Arrogant Bastard Ale. This is flipping wonderful. Crisp. Clear. Delicious. Highly recommend if you like lagers. I'll buy this again in a heart beat. _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs

| Wonderfully light. Clear. Very light amber color. This would be a supremely perfect beer to smash down after cutting the grass, or sitting on a beach. Crisp. No heaviness. Yummy. _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs
