FMF programmer suggestions

I was reading through the sticky about settings for the FMF and I have written down all the info that is useful to me. I didn't see anything that really answered my questions.(or maybe I just missed something)
What I am wanting are some suggestions on what maps to start out with just to get me going.

Here is what I have:

08 WRX
-FMF powercore 4
-Stock header
-ais removed
-opened air box flapper
-stock gearing (soon to be 13/48)
-I don't know if elevation is a factor but I am about 600 ft above sea level

If anyone has similar mods with the FMF programmer, let me know what your maps are.

Also, does the FMF powerbomb header actually make a difference power wise?

Before anyone gets on to me for not reading older posts, the reason I am asking for a map is because I am using the stock header. Most everyone else is running an aftermarket header.

Dude....don't over-think this. Find something close and try it. Then play with things a little and see what you like.
