now i went with nylon cuz i figured number plates wouldnt hold up, my bike is lower then stock. i put a 14 on the front to bring the chain out and put a 45 on the back to get as close as i can to stock gearing

So is this an emergency repair - or a more long-term fix?

It looks like you're using an after-market slider. Is that correct?

Am I correct in seeing that you drilled into your swingarm and I assume used self-tapping screws to hold that piece of nylon on? Suspect

I'm not at all crazy about the idea of drilling holes into swingarm. eeek

I would have filled the deep ruts with JB-Weld - attached a new slider, and then just been religious about watching for excessive wear.

1) long term
2) bone stock slider i just painted it blue
3) i did drill into my swingarm, i used 4 4mm bolts that were drilled and tapped and lock tighted in
4)4 4mm holes isnt the end of the world, ive seen suberbikes with more crap drilled into them
5)i did JB weld the groves in, and then put the nylon on over top if it
6)yes my chain was loose but also when you lower the bike you bring the chain up closer to the pivot point, hence the 14 tooth on the front the bring the chain out more from the bottom of the swing arm.....

From my "aftermarket ECU" posts, the error code 19 came from the key ignition. Ive rode for 2 days now with no issue. Heres some shots from the pain in the a$$ of the ignition swap.
