| Any suggesttions on a good motorcycle Jack. I've seen people just use a plastic bucket, but I'd like something hydralic. Too old to lift heavy bulky things. | |

| I have one of those hydraulic bike/atv lifts that looks like it has a bottle jack built in to lift the platform. The jack seal went bad last year. I never fixed it and have been using one of those Harbor Freight foot pedal lift stands instead. I have had two back surgeries and my back is always hurting so I cannot lift the bike from the flat ground using any technique without major pain. The cheapo HF stand works well. A little unstable/wobbly sometimes, but you can add a strap across the seat if you are doing any heavy work. Worth the $30 to me. | |

| ..those are all viable and oldskool alternatives...but if your too old and or weak to pick the bike up on a box, a Rhinostand is the sha-itza! Just got mine, work s great, and yes,I did the research on what's junky and what's not. A decent piece of engineering. http://www.rhinostand.com/ | |

| I rock a milk crate with 2 pieces of 3/4" plywood adhered to it. | |

| That's nice for sure. I only paid $30 for the Harbor Freight version though and it lifts my WRR like I need it to so I am happy. If it lets me down I will for sure take another look at the stand you posted. I like it a lot. | |

I have that exact jack. The hydraulic pump went bad and I only ever got to use it once (bought brand new). I haven't been motivated enough to pull it and either replace the whole pump or try to replace the seals.

Will Sears replace it? I'd sure give it a try. Or buy a new one, and return the broken one as defective, tell them you don't want another. Mine isn't that brand, I just grabbed a convenient photo, but mine was well used when I bought it, and gets used a lot, without issues so far.

| They won't replace it, but I didn't try your second idea yet . | |

Mine is CT, but old, looks a bit different from the one in the flyer lately. Yes, it is seriously heavy. Mine has very small dia. steel wheels, and my garage is about 1" higher than my driveway, and it takes some effort to get it over the lip.
