Bike Bandit Recommend

Bought some tubes and tires from them. Trying to remove the valve core from one of the Michelin tubes and one ear of my plastic core tool broke off in the valve. Couldn't coax it out with picks or air and couldn't get my steel core tool in. One tube trashed. Sent Bike Bandit an email telling them my problem and that when I checked, the Michelin tube valve in my fender pack was real tight as well, and without further ado they shipped me TWO new tubes.

THAT is great customer support. Two thumbs up.

I have also had really good service with BB. I find their online chat to be helpful as well when looking for an unusual part or cross reference. Plus a 10% AMA discount is nice.
