New Guy from Alaska

Hello, All. I've been doing some research and have settled on the Yamaha WR250R. I have an opportunity to purchase a new, zero miles 2012 from a dealer. They want $5000, which I think is a pretty good price. Do any of you recommend any type of extended warranty? I don't plan on doing any mods that would void a warranty.

$5,000 is a STEAL! I paid $6500 for my 13. I'm at 6,500miles with 0 issues! So as far as an extended warranty, I wouldn't worry about it. Ride the heck out of it, keep the air filter clean & the oil fresh.
