Completely stock except for hand guards, anything I should know? or do to it other than routine stuff? Picking it up next Fri. $3500 bucks

FWIW that's an after market skid plate.

Nice bike. Very clean for '08.

Hop on over to the WR-450F forum on ThumperTalk and learn about doing the "free mods" and "uncorking mods" since the bikes are sold in a restricted state.
Even if the guy you bought it from says that was done, I'd double check it.

Serviced it out and took for a spin, impressed with the power "it hauls ass", original tires and plastic as far as I can tell. 3 Gal IMS next
