Need advice on how to clean this

Whats up guys.


So today I went to go change my air filter since I was wayyyy over due for a new one. Anyways besides my air box being dirty everything looked great past the air filter. But I got curious as to what was even deeper. So I took a video of the inside of the tube. It looks like it could be the sealing grease that I used before. I noticed that I had a little grease leakage right past the air filter on the side, but nothing to worry about.

I'm not sure how long it has been there. Just looking for some guidance on what my next step should be.
