Writing that one had to be a no brainer.  All they had to do was spend a few hours reading on this forum and over on the mega thread at ADVrider... cut 'n paste would have done 'er.

Amusing how you apparently need engine/exhaust mods before you're ready for SERIOUS adventure riding, however... anybody introduce them to some of the serious WR250R adventure riders... the ones with none of those mods who ride distances a lot further than LA to Moab and back without any engine mods.  And do so every year?

Adapt and overcome! This bike needs nothing but a man brave enough to ride it Cycleworld!

Looks like they threw every after market part they could find on the bike.

You can add a 12 tooth front sprocket, big gas tank, bags, tires and skid plate to a stocker and go every wheres you ever wanted, the motor and suspension mods just make it easier to go a bit faster.

Who changes wheels other than magizines?

I read a couple of dirt bike mags and they always upgrade the wheels, I've never seen a local pro racer with upgraded wheels or know anyone who breaks stock rims often tho.

I love the black rims!

It's all about selling product.
If you learn something along the way, that's great, too.

From what I understand, all bike builds are paid for by the companies supping the products. Nothing more than a big advertisement...just like NASCAR
