In kenya and the clutch us on its way out. They have kits for honda cg125 and cg150. Are these the right size? Do any other bikes share the same plates??

I really doubt some Honda model has plates of the correct dimensions, but there are many other Yamaha models that do.
This link shows the Yamaha models using the same friction plates.
The Yamaha part number for the friction plates is 3XJ-16321-00-00:
