#2 Schedule some time at a Dyno and have them set it up for you. This is probably the best option and you will at least have some hard data on how the bike was set.

I spoke to Thumper Racing regarding there numbers so I'll post them up incase someone else is looking for them.
5-4-4-0.5-4-4
Before I got their numbers I ran the numbers form the Athena 290 kit which are
5-4-4-0.5-3-4
but I did get that flame out with those numbers but not too often.

Just keep in mind a lot of people have had issues and had to change the 5th number to 6. This is not with the Big Bore kits but something to keep in mind if you find it cutting out when go to WOT from cruising. Not sure if it will effect you or not.
