I've had my WRR for 3 years now and loving it. My plan was to go with a lighter setup similar to my YZ250F GNCC setup but finding aftermarket accessories is frustrating. Sick of only being able to find parts in aluminum or finding what I'm looking for and it costing a fortune for shipping.

I have a few friends who ride for P3 Carbon based out of Hurricane, WV. It's a newer company that specializes in carbon fiber and polymer accessories. We've been throwing around the idea of letting them use my WR250R as a blueprint to manufacture what I feel are some much needed accessories. Namely:

- Polymer Skid Plate / Guide Plate
- Carbon Fiber Heat Shield for Aftermarket Exhaust
- Carbon Fiber Mid-Pipe Heat Shield

The list goes on & if you have any other ideas let me know. I'm wanting to see how many of you would be interested to gauge if it would be worthwhile for them to start producing & selling large quantities of these types of parts. Let me know what you think.

You can check them out at www.p3carbon.com

Coincidentally I just ordered a P3 skid plate and pipe cover this morning for my new Beta 300 XTrainer.  I would have gladly purchased a P3 skid plate for my WRR if they were available previously.  This bike needs another non-metallic skid plate offering besides Moose Racing.  (I emailed TM Designworks a couple of times and they don't seem interested in our money.)

Here's a great video review of their skid plates and pipe guards:
