Hello - Picking up my 2018 WR250R tomorrow

Hello,

My name is Kevin and I have been riding on/off road for almost 40 years. I love motorcycles and have owned almost all brands and types at one time or another. I am looking forward to picking up my WR250R and I enjoy being in online communities of riders of the same bike. Great place to learn what I should do and what I shouldn't do to it. I can guarantee on thing, it will not stay stock long, I have a serious case of tinkeritus. I live in Central North Carolina, I have been here about 20 years. I am married with two wonderful children. I was a motorcycle/auto mechanic for years (I guess I still am, I just don't get paid for it) and then I worked in the Video Game industry for about 15 years. Now I am a stay-at-home dad. Anyway, looking forward to meeting fellow WR250 owners and maybe even riding with a few of you.

Here is my new WR250R!

I put 80+ miles on it getting it home. Found a little dirt to run through also.

Very fun bike. Impressed with power for a 250!
