| Just about finished setting up my bike for a couple small and big out-of-the-country trips this year. I've had most of the stuff for some time, but just finished the complete package: Hyperpro custom shock with hydraulic preload, ims 3g tank, Giant loop diablo pro tankbag, random front fender bag, altrider hemisphere saddlebags. Theres also "smaller" stuff like oxford adventure heated grips, garmin zumo gps, a little voltmeter to keep and eye on charging systems, a 12v port, ect, ect. The usal powermods is made, minus a fuelcontroller. I ypically run 14/48 sprockets, but change from time to time, depending on the trip and purpose (enduro, weeklong trip, or something in between) The bike handles SO well, I've used it for dualsport and as a trackmarshall at enduro-events, so thats why the suspension needed some tweaking. The hydraulc preload is great when adding luggage. It carries the luggage really well, and eventhough i've yet to use the saddlebags for the first real trip, i already love them. | |
