Fuel programmer issues.

I've bought a Wiseco fuel programmer wich didn't work. So I've returned it in exchange for an other. I've installed it and the bike still won't start. I need your help!

In what way didn't the first programmer work? Is it possible that the new programmer has the same problem?

Could you also clarify what you mean by "won't start"? Does the pump prime after you turn the bike on? Does it crank? Does it fire at all?

I presume the bike starts without any problem when the programmer is not in the loop?
