FMF fuel programmer settings

OK so I got the programmer hooked up tonight, but didn't have time to mess with the programming.
Does anyone know what pre-programmed or custom setting I should adjust it to?
I've never dealt with a fuel programmer before so this is all new to me.

Mods include:
Yosh RS-2 exhaust
AIS removal
Flapper mod
Stock air filter
Stock gearing

Ohh duh lol. My bad, I was somewhat intoxicated after working on the bike for a good 6 hours yesterday and almost a 12 pack of Bud Light !!!!!!
