Xmas Come Early

Seems Christmas has come early this year. Other than all the snow on the ground, I got my new FMF exhaust and FI controller for the WRX in the mail the other day and then yesterday the new helmet cam arrived as well.

I am keen to try out this camera system. I bought it specifically cause it uses a smallish tethered "lipstick" type camera so I can attach it in lots of remote places on the bike for more interesting hooligan video.

They offer a motorsports specific package that allows the camera to be powered from the bike's electrical system and also has an expanded mounting kit to allow the camera to be attached to almost anything. It even includes a lens protector for those low angle road shots.

Nothing like a early Christmas.... The camera looks fun.

got a good review on dpreview, is water and shock proof, meaning I can't kill it. Wrecked a couple of cheap canon p&s on the bars, but love the video.
