I have this wiring with turn signal connectors that I think is from 12oclocklabs but I have not idea what it is for.  Part was purchased around 2014, so it is no longer on their website.  Anyone have any idea about this turn signal pieces?

Problem solved. Brooks emailed me back quickly!

They are running light adapters for the turn signals.
