Code error 70

how to heal code error 70 on my WR 250 R...if i go with my bike aproximately 10-15 km...my bike will shut down automatically...but i turn off the key and on it again...my bike it's okay and no problem with the machine...but if i go again until 15 km...it's will shut the engine again...need advice....thanks

Error Code 70 means that the engine has been idle for more than 20 minutes. Since you were riding the bike, this points to the ECU not receiving any updated readings; is your odometer and speedometer functioning properly?

You may want to check all Error Codes and see if there is Code 42 hidden behind Code 70.

I had open my speed cable sensor 4 months ago...lol...what because of my speed sensor cable open?code error 70 only...there is no code 42...

So both speedometer and odometer are working?

not working...because I unplug my speed sencor cable...if I plug my speed sensor the speedometer chaotic...then i unplug again

That's your problem right there: with speed sensor unplugged, the ECU thinks that you are idling and turns engine off after 20 minutes.

You may want to plug the speed sensor back in; the signal may be erratic, but it may be enough for the ECU to register the bike as moving and not impose the 20-minute shut-off rule of an idling engine.
