2015 wr250r fuel injection doesn’t buzz when turning on

My bike has been sitting for a month. Went to go start it but it won’t start. It turns over, but no start. Battery is charged, put new fuel in and spark plug hasn't been changed out, new air filter. Would the old spark plug cause the fuel injector to not buzz when switching the bike on?

No.

If the pump does not prime, take the pump assembly out, make sure all the electrical connections are tight, and if it still does not prime, get a new pump.

Thank you. So the un primed fuel pump could be causing the bike to not start?

Of course. No prime = no fuel, no fuel = no start.

Having said that, it is very uncommon for the pump to not prime at all, usually it will prime weakly, or it will fail priming when it's hot; that's why I suggested you check the relevant electrical connections first.
