How to Remove Charcoal Canister

I apologize if this is posted elsewhere I can't seem to find it. But can some one direct me to a kit that facilitates in the removal of the charcoal canister on my WRX? I think I need a different gas cap or something to replace the tubing underneath the tank? Thanks in advance for any help.
