OK so I hate the stock mirrors on my 2008 WR250R. Every time something hits them them move and I have to reset them with lock tight. Anyone know where I can get some that just pop back into place like the ones on my R1?

If you're thinking about handguards too look here.

Ken Sean--cheap, work, store, keep the instructions so you can tighten the mirror stalk correctly. Remember Yamaha threads one each way.

Those doubletake mirrors look pretty pimp, does anybody else have any feedback on them?

I've got a Doubletake mirror and love it.
The Ram mount makes it easy to adjust and when you really get in the thick woods you can fold it out of the way. I have crashed dozens of times with it on and it has suffered NO damage (just some scratches).

Just my humble opinion.

I've got double takes. They vibrate more than the stockers, but other than that they're great.

I had underbar mirrors from Dual Star, until I broke the right side mirror going over the front dropping the bike in a rocky section. They worked pretty well however, I'll eventually order a replacement. Until then the stockers actually show more behind me and to the sides... just take them off for off-roading or DS'ing.

+ 3 on the double take mirror. Really tough and easy to move or even remove. They provide good visibilty as well. I went with the longer connector so it can stick out if needed.

I have the folding mirrors from Moto-Science

http://www.moto-science.com/product/ktm-folding-mirrors-225-325mm-adjustable-stems-pair

If I break 'em, I'll go with the double-take setup next time I believe. Mine are kinda sexy and would probably look better on an 'X'.

You can get this set up for any yamaha for 32.95 each and they work great.
Doubletake mirror would not hold position at speed, and I had to fiddle with it constantly.

I ride 90% dirt. These are not the best but they fit the bill for $8.
