| What is the common bend most prefer for an X that only gets street use? I know nothing about these bends. I have an idea on what may be comfortable. I also have a steering dampener so they are an inch or so higher already.. Your thoughts appreciated. | |

| I run easton freestyle bend. I see alot of people running cr high, or reed, or carmichael's, or cr lows......alot of options, guess it depends on the person and what is comfy | |

| There should be a thread started with pictures of everyones custom bars from behind the bike or a cockpit picture anyways and what bar it is what the style and bend is and etc. | |

| That would be fantastic if anyone was willing.. There are so many bends. I find that the stock bars ride on my outer palms so I want something with less pullback. I have a GP damper so the height is also something to think about. Normally I would not worry much as long as they are close but I need to ride a minimum of a half hour on the highway to get somewhere fun to rail around.. I only have a hundred miles or so on the bike but it sure feels like it can be REALLY comfortable so want to make the most of it. Not that its tragic but bars are $100 so... you know.
If anyone could post pics I would appreciate it.
I am looking at the Pro-Taper Evo YZ-High or the Charmichael | |

| I just bought some Renthal Fat Bars RC highs, they have a little less sweep than the others which i like, they also have a narrower mount and are a bit wider. I'm gonna try to narrow them as much as i can. What mounts do most people go with on a 1 1/8th mount? | |
