USA and Japan X models

I want to get this skid plate. They are based on the Japanese model X.. I would not think of any reason that area of the bike would be different than the USA model? Can any of you think of anything or know if anything?

As long as i know its going to fit I am getting it for sure.. yea its a little more than I would like to spend but I have spent WAY more on much less. And it is trick!
