Been wondering this myself for sometime. I just ordered a tool pouch from Dual Sport Armory and was going to fill it myself. Then yesterday I found these guys, Pit Posse. They have a nice off-road tire changing kit for $50 and this nice tool kit for $89.

I just called them this morning and placed an order for some other goods and they are very nice. Before I could hang up the phone I received an email confirming my order, and within 10 minutes I received a second email confirming that my order had shipped. The lady on the phone was VERY helpful and polite, too many people don't have proper phone manners. When I'm calling to give you money, you better at least act like you are glad I called. Pit Posse gets an A++ in this department. I'll report back on the accuracy of my order and the quality of the goods when they arrive. (I ordered Outlaw axle blocks, Posse chain tool and something else I can't remember.)

I assembled my own, really there is no need to spend a lot of money on a toolkit that might well be lost on the side of the trail.

Black canvas pouch from Lowes with a velcro wrap to cinch everything up, set of Vise Grips, pliers, 8-10-12 wrenches, 22-27 wrenches, metric sockets, allen keys, wire ties, spark plug, plug wrench, bit of bailing wire, hose clamps, bolts and nuts, razor blade, electrical tape.

Seperate fender bag carries a 21" tube, irons, valve stem tools.

A nice free and rugged bag to tote tools and stuff in is available at the post office, a Dupont Tyvek priority mail pouch is tough enough to use as a liner for tools when carreid inside another canvas pouch; and it doubles as a nice platform to put bits and pieces on when on the side of the trail.
