tubeless - Tubeless? Empty

Anyone here ever go tubeless on there X?

Less weight, easy on-the-spot puncture repairs, and better feel all seem like wins to me.

Thoughts?

I posted this question over at SuperMotoJunkie.com as well.

My results are posted there, so for the sake of saving myself some typing, here's the link: clicky.

I've gone tubeless without any issues. I used RTV as a sealant over the spokes and installed a tub less valve stem. The concern with going tubeless on a tube type rim would be if the wheel hoop is designed to retain the bead in the even of a flat. The stock 'X' wheels seem to hold the bead really well although I've not had a tire go down at highway speed yet. I've been running tubeless shortly after getting the bike in the spring.
