hi all, just wanted to say hey. new here and have a question about the wr250x. right now i have a 2011 yamaha tw200. are there any 250x owners that have or have owned a tdub? what are some pros and cons of going from a tw200 to a wr250x? the 250x looks pretty bad ass but im not thrilled about how small the rear tire looks. i kinda like the huge back tire of the tw200. any and all input would be awesome. :hmmm:

I had a TW200 for a short time last summer and I can tell you the power difference is night and day. If you are mainly riding street I would definately say there is no comparision. I haven't ridden my WR off road yet so I can't speak on off road handling. I think some people think they are somewhat similar because its only 50cc difference, but the TW is a carburated older design motor, but the WR's fuel injected and is more performance engineered. I hope this helps.
