Inspection shop that will pass in Hawaii

I live in Pearl Harbor Hi does any one know of any shops that will pass my bike with out having to put back all my stock back on.

Some mods I have on:

DRC EDGE 2 tail light with integrated turn signals
Zeta hand guards with turn signals
Yoshi exhaust
Renthal Fat bar

Seriously dont think anyone would post a shops name here. Unless they pm you. The only advise I know is integrated blinkers are not leagal as for as I know. Good luck
