Just buy a muffler and header (yzf 2005- like the old exhaust cap) for my wrr. Some guys ride this exhaust already: what have you done to make the exhaust fits? Will the header fit with the oem muffler (with an other gasket?) ? Fits the oem header with the yzf muffler? Dont want to cut the mufflerpipe, maybe could drill only little metalplates for the mufflerpipe-bolt?!

Just installed the exhaust. I cut the muflerpipe and take the leovince's. It fits perfect- great sound and a bit better performance, i think... But i have to put new silencerwool in the muffler...

Hey, I'm wondering if you could be a little more clear in what you did to make the system from a yz250f work?
I've been given a titanium mid pipe and muffler from an 09 yz250f and i'm wondering if its possible to make it work

I cut the mufflerpipe (throw it away- don't need it) 15mm behind the mufflercan. The Leovince x3 got a loose mufflerpipe- that fits perfect over the little (15mm long) pipe. I welded a clamp on the top/end of the can. The Leovincepipe got a clamp too- so i could use the Leo's spring to fix the yz muffler on the pipe..

I try to make pictures but the program (pixload) don't except the files...
