Yes actually, for chain and sprocket. The chain I put on before the TAT trip is just about shot., and with the stock chain I'll need a smaller rear sprocket too. 08 or an 09?

Exactly.

Also, after 11,000km I'd expect you to be done. Mine only lasted 7,000km. Then I was able to go to the new gearing I wanted too.
